After that day, avocado is a regular guest in my house. Also, this sandwich recipe has become one of my famous recipes at home, which everyone loves.
Avocado is originated from Mexico and has all sorts of health, skin and hair benefits. It is packed with Vitamin B, K, E, C and Potassium. It is also used in cosmetic products, soaps, cooking and salads.

Today, I am sharing one skin care, Hair care and sandwich recipe which can be easily followed.
AVOCADO SKIN CARE:
AVOCADO & YOGURT: Only two very basic elements are required. I am sure you have yogurt stalked up inside your fridge all the rime.
- Mash the avocado and mix it with 1-2 spoon of yogurt.
- Mix properly till it becomes a consistent thick paste.
- Apply the paste on your face and neck, avoid the eyes.
- Keep it on for 15 mins
- Wash it with cold water.
- Apply Twice weekly.
Benefits: Smooth skin, lesser chances of acne /pimple and rejuvenated skin.

- Mash the avocado and mix it with fair amount of olive oil/coconut oil.
- Mix it well.
- Apply the oil from your hair scalp to the end of your hair tip.
- Keep it for an hour.
- Wash it off with cold water.

AVOCADO SANDWICH RECIPE:
This recipe is very easy to prepare. It can be eaten during breakfast or evening snack. My son just loves this recipe!
Ingredients: 2 SLICE OF WHITE BREAD, 1 EGG, CHEESE, AVOCADO.
Cooking Time: 7 Mins
- Put some olive oil and fry the egg on a pan.
- Add some salt and pepper on the egg, Take out the fried egg.
- Put butter on the pan & Toast the bread
- On the pan, put the cheese over one bread & put the mashed avocado on the other bread.
- Put the fried egg on the cheese and cover the sandwich with the other half.
